Type of Services Provided:
Our law practice is focused in three main areas: (1) all aspects of criminal defense including DUIs and representation in juvenile court; (2) family law including divorce, custody, modification of divorce decrees, and adoption; and (3) defending parents who are involved with the Division of Child and Family Services.

Costs of Services:
Costs are determined by the complexity of the case and/or the seriousness of the charges. The retainers I request are generally in the range of $1500 to $2000. Usually, I require one-half of the retainer at the outset of the case and the other half within a couple of weeks. Most cases can be resolved with the payment of just one retainer. My hourly fee is $150 but the initial consultation is free.
